Dr. Ron Kronish, a rabbi and educator who has lived in Jerusalem, Israel, since 1980, is the Director of the Interreligious Coordinating Council in Israel (ICCI). He received his B.A. from Brandeis University, his rabbinic ordination from Hebrew Union College?Jewish Institute of Religion in New York, and his doctorate in Education from Harvard University. The ICCI, founded in 1991, is an umbrella organization for institutions in Israel working for better interreligious and intercultural relations. It coordinates and sponsors intercultural and interreligious dialogues, public lecture series, and youth encounters, and publishes books, pamphlets, articles on the these issues.
